>Youth Camp 2008
  The Foundation of Hope

Located on 22 wooded acres in the beautiful hills of Southern Indiana, Silver Heights is the longest running camp in the state. The camp has hosted thousands of men, women and children over these many years and provided lasting memories to all. Sadly, time has caught up with the camp and it has deteriorated badly. The old kitchen and dining hall have had to be demolished. In 2002, fire destroyed several cottages and surrounding buildings.
Fortunately, the historic Tabernacle, built in 1892, was saved.

Despite these setbacks the tradition continues. Silver Heights has never failed to hold an annual camp meeting. Presently, attendance exceeds 1,300 for the entire week. Campers have been housed at other locations and shuttled to morning and evening services.

A new, dedicated team of leadership volunteers is committed to preserving the camp for future generations. Major capital investments are required to improve the current grounds and facilities. Hopefully, that is where you come in.
